Gospel Music: Nelson Idoko – Adonai (Official Audio)

Nigerian gospel singer, Nelson Idoko takes gospel music to a new height as he launch his first official single to refresh souls and add value to gospel music in the country.
Benue State – born Nelson, a leading chorister and praise worship leader has spent many years in the choir from his early days, where he has been groomed by seasoned musicians.
Talking about the message behind the song, he says “The song ADONAI came like some of my other songs. I was just singing it as if it exists somewhere. I sings in other dialects without knowing the meaning before the whole message became clearer ”
The song “Adonai” is a track from his forthcoming album title “OHIMINI” which he has been working on since 2015 but as “vision is for an appointed time” He has decided to bless us with this single track out of the debut album.
‘Adonai’ is a Greek word denoting ‘extremely good looking’ but as one of the uncountable names of God, this is describing the wonderful and the beautiful nature of God and the entire creation.
The song was produced by Dave Iyanya
